Evaloha prefers to perform on Friday or Saturday evenings. We have a variety of options available, we can tailor a show to fit your specific needs and budget:
Live Music: Band consists of between 1-3 musicians and/or singers. Band can be hired alone or with dancers. (If you choose only one musician, he is a keyboard/synthesizer player who also sings and plays percussions instruments, you may add on another singer/percussionist and/or a guitar player.) The band plays a variety of music in addition to Polynesian. From Elvis to Ricky Martin, and Bee Gees to Bob Marley.
Dancers: We have up to 8 dancers available, including the fireknife dancer (4 men, 4 women). Our smallest show is performed with 2 women and 1 man. It is important to understand that our band members wear many hats. They are also our male dancers, m.c.'s, and fireknife dancers. They accomplish this by playing a CD (our own music which we have recorded) when they dance.
Description: Shows can range from 20 minutes to an hour. The band can play for up to 4 hours.
Lei Greeters: Our dancers can also serve as lei greeters--you provide the leis.
Prices: Our shows range in price from $300 on up, depending on what you request, please call us to get an exact price.
Outside Phoenix/East Valley: Add $5 to $50 per performer depending on location.
